The mantra of any good security engineer is: 'Security is not a product, but a process.'

All mobile devices have unique identifiers which allow us to target the device and not just the SIM or the phone number.

When a device has been reported missing, we are able to block it across all mobile networks and thus render it useless, even if the SIM has been changed. This process is reversible should the device be located and returned to its owner.

Once a device is blocked it has little street value, which means that it will cease to be a liquid asset that can be easily converted into cash. Reducing the appeal to steal mobile devices result in improving personal safety and is also likely to reduce mobile-related crimes like snatch thefts and muggings.
