Nuemera began when its founder Datuk Mohd Noor Amin recognised that the digital age brought with it an increase in new types of crime. Already dedicated to public service, he facilitated discussions with regulators and other enforcement agencies eventually forming teams of developers, system engineers and network integrators to combat these issues.

About the founder
Datuk Amin is a British-educated barrister with a strong interest in technology and security, who eventually rose to become legal counsel to two Prime Ministers.
